For honesty, trustworthy and fair competition, to prevent illegal business bribery and keep lawful benefit to company, customer and supplier, we herein declare as follows:

1) Supplier shall comply with country law and business regulation. Supplier is required to sign Probity Declaration with KINGSHINE, promising not to offer gift, commission or securities etc to any staff of KINGSHINE, to keep honesty, trustworthy and fair competition in our cooperation. 

2) KINGSHINE's staff shall comply with country law and business regulation. Staff are required to sign Probity Declaration with company, promising not to accept gift, commission or securities etc from any supplier of KINGSHINE, to keep honesty, trustworthy and fair competition.

3) Suppliers shall take the initiative to prevent any illegal business competition or behavior. Supplier shall be responsible to assist KINGSHINE for investigation if need.
